One-Day Qualifying Training Program for Software Support

Our SQL HQ has organized a Hands-On Business Software Training for skill development, designed to equip students with real-world business workflows. This one-day training provides practical experience and insights that align with current industry standards and demands, ensuring participants are well-prepared to meet the challenges of the accounting and business sectors.

Upon completion of the training, you’ll receive an SQL Account Certification, a RM100 cash reward, and opportunities for internship / part-time work.

You can sign up one of the session based on your preferred date for training.

Internship

Software Support (RM1500 / month)

Job Scope :

  • Assists customers with navigating the software interface and utilizing its features to maximize efficiency
  • Provide technical support including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and system upgrades
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, offering detailed explanations to resolve issues
  • Maintain a positive, patient, and professional demeanor while handling customer inquiries to ensure a high level of satisfaction
  • Keep up-to-date with product updates to offer accurate and timely support
  • Document customer interactions and technical issues, ensuring they are properly tracked and resolved

Requirements :

  • Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Business / Accounting / IT or any related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical information
  • Patient, detail-oriented and able to maintain a polite, customer-friendly attribute
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Independent and proactive learner, training will be provided such as business operation workflow, IT network setup and software operation workflow
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Social Media Content Creator (RM1500 / month)

Job Scope :
  • Create and design visual content for social media platforms
  • Multimedia Content Creation such as image, video and animations
  • Design user interfaces (UI) for website and mobile applications
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop creative concepts and strategies
  • Stay updated with design trends and social media algorithms
  • Ensure designs align with brand guidelines are optimized for the best performance on different platforms

Requirements :
  • Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design / Multimedia Design, UI & UX Design or any related field
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Figma
  • Creativity and strong artistic ability with attention to detail
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and adapt to new trends, tools and technologies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good time management and communication skills
